Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Webvity and our customers in the respective valid version. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Webvity expressly agrees to their validity.

The contract comes into effect through offer and acceptance. Offers from Webvity are non-binding and valid for 30 days. The contract only becomes effective when Webvity has confirmed the order in writing.

Delivery and performance dates are only binding if they have been confirmed in writing. Webvity strives to meet the agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee compliance.

All works created by Webvity remain the intellectual property of Webvity until full payment. After full payment, the customer receives the agreed usage rights. Templates, libraries, and standard components remain the property of Webvity.

Webvity warrants that the delivered services correspond to the agreed specifications. The warranty period is 12 months from acceptance of the service. Customer claims are limited to defect elimination or improvement.

Webvity's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information received in the course of cooperation as strictly confidential and not to pass it on to third parties.

The contract can be terminated by both parties with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. For important reasons, termination without notice is possible.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Webvity. If individual provisions are invalid, the contract remains valid in other respects. Oral side agreements require written form.
